Avalon Services Group is a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting for warehouses, distribution centers, and light manufacturers. We specialize in general, technical, and certified labor for manufacturing, production, warehousing, and distribution centers.
We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role requires a passion for B2B sales, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in industrial environments such as warehouses and distribution centers.
What will you do in this role?
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the logistics, warehousing, and industrial services sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their workforce and operational needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our staffing solutions
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
What do you need to Qualify?
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) – must be able to communicate fluently with clients and team members
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, logistics, or related industries.
- Passion for sales and customer relationship management, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments and engaging with clients in industrial settings
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for client visits.
What Physical Activities will you do?
- Walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard.
- Ability to verbally communicate in order to exchange information with the different areas.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

- 40 hours of PTO per year for the first three years of service and 80 hours per year for each year of service thereafter
